9/5 Next Business Day response:
A Service Technician will be scheduled to arrive on-site the business day after we receive your service request and have completed the final diagnosis. Business days are Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. site-local time, excluding holidays. Coverage is available in 1 to 3 year service contract options.

9/5 4-Hour On-Site Response:
An ACMA Service Engineer will be scheduled to arrive on-site within 4 hours after the final diagnosis is completed. Service is provided Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., site-local time, except on holidays. If a service request is received after 3 p.m. Eastern Time and it is determined that on-site service is required, the Service Technician will be scheduled to arrive the following business day. Gold Support is available in 1 to 3 year service contract options. |

24/7 4-Hour On-Site Response:
Help Desk Services and On-Site Services with 4-Hour On-Site Response are provided around the clock, every day including holidays. When on-site service is needed, a Service Technician will be scheduled to arrive within 4 hours of the final diagnosis of the service issue. This coverage is available in 1 to 3 year service contract options.
